If a civil servant or contractor of Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia wishes to borrow material from another library a request must be made through the Documentation Center.
The person in charge of the Documentation Center will fill out an interlibrary loan request form with the user’s and lending library’s information so that the civil servant or contractor can submit it to the institution providing the service.
Likewise, users from other institutions with interlibrary loan agreements with Parques Nacionales Naturales de Colombia can borrow materials by means of a request form filled out by the person in charge of their institution’s library or documentation center and that institution becomes responsible for the materials. When the loaned material is returned, the user will be given a copy of the concluded transaction form to be returned to his/her institution.
