By air: You can take an airplane to Bahía Solano or Nuquí from Bogotá or Cali (with a stopover in Medellín).

By sea: You can take a coasting vessel from Buenaventura to Bahía Solano, Nuquí or El Valle for about 26 hours; it takes between 30 and 50 minutes from there to the Park by motorboat. Sea transportation must be arranged with the tourism operators of the area in advance and the price varies according to the number of passengers using the vessel.

By land: You can take a bus from Bahía Solano to El Valle during 40 minutes and from there you can hike to the Park for about 3 hours through a trail in the tropical rainforest.
