Hydrography
X

The hydrographical network of the Park is formed by two drainage systems. The first one consists of a group of small streams and brooks that flow directly into the Caribbean sea. Towards the east the flow rate gradually increases and becomes permanent. Similarly, the Cinto, La Boquita, San Lucas, Santa Rosa and Mason streams provide fresh water all year round. The second drainage system is continental, integrated by the streams that flow into the Piedras river, of which the most significant one is the Jordan stream.
