Colombia has been gifted by nature with a huge diversity of natural environments that allow the visitors to take pleasure in a great variety of tourist and recreational activities. Such activities provide enjoyment and knowledge without harm to the natural environment in places specially designated for these purposes. These activities are known as eco-tourism.
